"Brad had been reaching out for months. Once my auto policy was ending with another carrier, I asked for a new quote. They gave a better price which was lower than my current auto insurance so I asked them to go ahead & write the new policy for me and I would switch to State Farm. At that point, I was told "sorry, we made a mistake", the quote was higher than what I pay now. I did provide my VIN at the time of quote, but they failed to enter my VIN into the quote. Insurance agents must be trained on what they are doing as I was ready to leave my existing agency that I've been with for years in order to get better pricing only to find that they will say anything to get you to switch. Even put it in writing via email and confirmed by phone. So disappointed with State Farm. Please dont waste anyone elses time."
