"My current policy was up for renewal and I hastily paid for it but something still nagged at me that I should be getting a LOWER quote! The algorithm read my thoughts sent me a query and I sleepily filled it out only to have millions of quote emails upon waking. Only they werent quotes. They were emails asking for the same information AGAIN. Only Brad's email contained an actual quote! An unbelievably low rate at that. I emailed him back and he promptly replied. We set a call for MLK holiday - yes the man worked on everyone's OFF day, so that I could get more information and possibly price match with my current policy. My current insurance company DID not work the holiday BTW which cost me a couple of days still in thr more expensive policy but im so glad that Brad at State Farm was not only working, he was diligent, polite, resourceful and more then effective! I only hope to save more money in the future with the agency!"

"I have been a client of the Austin Cooley agency since 2023. Still, following a recent total-loss accident, I can no longer recommend their services due to professional negligence and a severe lack of communication. The Issue: Documented Negligence In January 2024, I contacted the office to transfer my policy to a new vehicle with a lien and specifically requested the addition of collision coverage. I worked with an employee named Tahd, who processed the request and provided me with documentation showing full coverage. I then presented this documentation to the dealership to finalize my car loan. However, when my car was totaled in an accident in November 2025, the State Farm claims line informed me that I had no collision coverage on file. Despite the agency having issued me proof of insurance a year prior, the actual policy had never been updated in the system. Lack of Support When I reached out for help, the initial response from Austin’s office was that I was essentially "out of luck." It took significant pressure from my State Farm claims handler for the agency to finally admit to an "agency error." Austin later informed me that this was not the first time this specific employee had made an error of this nature. The Impact * Financial Stress: Because the other driver denied fault, I spent 2.5 weeks without a rental car while the agency delayed taking responsibility for their mistake. * Avoidance: During the resolution process, I felt the office was screening my calls. I was consistently passed off to other employees, and I only spoke to Austin once or twice. While the agency did eventually admit fault and retroactively applied the coverage, the initial dismissal of my situation and the lack of proactive support were unacceptable. If you want to ensure your "proof of insurance" is actually valid when you need it, I would suggest finding a different agent."
